Self Care Circle

This Month: Join Annie Bachman of The Flame of Hope center and I, as we explore health and creativity through communication. 

After a guided breathing meditation we will dive into "The Heart Of Communication", exploring and practicing how to deeply listen from the Heart and fully support others, without judgement or advice. It is also a chance to express your experience as a caregiver and feel understood and accepted. Fun and energizing practices will be in small groups and pairs, with participants taking turns listening, talking and responding. 

Start 2025 in an intentional and fun way!  As caregivers; mothers, therapists, children of aging parents, nurses, hospitality workers, caretakers of animals and land etc.- we can get support and practice skills to enhance all of our relationships to be less energy draining and more gracious and affirming.
